Yes they do. Toad would have to pay for them to turn it over on discovery, even with a judges order. The local DA"s office could get google to turn it over, but considering it's Toad, no one gives a shit. (and the video never says they posted the threat, which I'm pretty sure Toad did himself). Toad issued a death threat to twitter employees right before he was arrested and after the threat he posted on H&F. *NM*
