Mr. Lindstedt,

Please find attached, Plaintiff’s Brief in Opposition to Motion to Stay Execution.

If you post a bond in the amount of $105,400 dollars, and anticipated post-judgment interest of 5% per annum for the approximately 12 months the appeal may take, I will stipulate to staying execution. Note the amount of $105,400 is subject to change as the court is likely to grant prejudgment interest, attorneys fees, and sanctions in the near future.

If you wish to satisfy the judgment in question, please remit payment in the form of a certified check in the amount of $105,400 dollars and post-judgment interest for the two months that have passed since the judgment was issued at 5% per year.
