If this is true (and it could be), it's a good anecdote, and it's not surprising that Dylan's tribe would come to his rescue by reinserting the song, or even giving him access to a role in a hymeiwood film in the first place. Incidentally, there is a recording of an interview in which Dylan claims he got his fame by selling his soul to the devil. Maybe he was being facetious, but one would have to admit that it's hard to otherwise explain the immense recognition his rather limited musical proclivities have received during the past 55 years. *NM*
