He claimed at first it was the college who gave him the IQ test, then he changed his story to the state gave it to him.
The state of Illinois would never give anyone an IQ test.
He also claimed to have taken a college entrance exam in 2005 where he failed the English portion. That is probably true.
He also claims that just months after taking the college entrance exam that he was just one credit short of graduating. Impossible because he would have to taken English 001, 002, and then English 101, 102, AND a 200 level English class.. All within just a few months.
And he still sticks to the story that he was one class shy of a college degree, but dropped out when the manager of Walmart asked him to become a cart pusher.
